Haydn's work - camera skills.

Haydn sent me some more images from the same day of the Crosspool market, but this time he concentrated on his camera skills -

Chillin' by the pool

Shot with a Canon EOS 60D and an EF85mm f1.8 USM lens.
Shooting in AV at 1.8 aperture, ISO set to 100 and exposure compensation -1.
Shutter speed 1/8000 and white balance set to cloudy, and manual focus.

Goggles

Shot with a Canon EOS 60D and an EF85mm f1.8 USM lens.
Shooting in AV at 1.8 aperture, ISO set to 100 and exposure compensation -1/3.
Shutter speed 1/8000 and white balance set to cloudy, and manual focus.

A great couple of images; as it was such a bright day, Haydn used the correct ISO setting and aperture and shitter speeds, to make sure that the camera didn't let in too much light. The exposure compensation played a large part in the image colours and light as did the white balance. These are correctly lit shots, and the fast shutter speed worked well to "freeze" the moment too.

Haydn's work - Crosspool Market

Below we have some great images taken by Haydn at the Crosspool market.

The three I have chosen above definitely show the hussle and bustle of the market on the day and everyone looking as though they had a great time!
Social documentary images really capture the memory well and even though there is a lot going on in each image, they don't look to over crowded and are framed really well.
Great use of depth of field and light and shadow, by using the landscape and macro modes on his camera.
